RE2-Delta Therma Base

WARNING! This base is built for the Reforged Eden 2 scenario and will only work in that scenario!

Delta Therma, Built around a Geothermal power plant for minimal fuel use and zero fuel use during idle!

PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS!! This is a planetary base and to use the Geothermal generators, it must be placed on a Geothermally active planet. Compatible planet types: Any lava planet, including crusted lava, lava, hell, volcanic etc Frozen Inferno Barren (The hot ones not metal) Plasma

if you are not sure, place a base starter, generator, fuel tank and a inactive geothermal generator, follow the instructions on the generator to survey the planet for geothermal viability before placing the base.

When placing the base, find the flattest area you can or prepare to do lots of digging. Use page down to lower the base so the yellow markers on the support pillars are no longer visible.

UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS!! There is space for 4 quantum extensions in the core room to expand CPU capacity. All turrets can be exchanged for preferred type. Large constructors can be upgraded to advanced. Additional Solar capacitors can be added to the storage room. Special tables (scanning, research, upgrade etc) can be placed wherever you like) Additional shield capacity can be added behind the furnaces, larger capacitors may take some creativity.

If you are placing on an enemy planet with active base attacks, you may wish to add defence satellite bases around this one to protect it. While the stock defences do ok, more severe attacks may result in damage!

GENERAL INFORMATION

-The base is equipped with everything you would expect. Most of the useful stuff is in the tower, outside of that is a lot of deco. -The geothermal power plant will only activate when you add some fuel to the base (it needs a jump start) -The roof of the garden is solar panels (very weak hitpoints) so additional defences on hostile planets is recommended. -The pool is at the top of the tower just outside the penthouse sweet, take a dip when you've finished setting up the base and enjoy the view! -Standard signal logic built in for production, repair, furnace systems. -You will need to add drones to the drone bays for the drone launcher to work, just leave it switched on and it will do everything automatically. -Between the Geothermal and Solar, this base will idle without consuming fuel, so no losing your crops and food when logged out. It will however consume fuel when you start using constructors, furnaces, deconstructions etc. -There is a Matter transceiver (wifi) in each defence tower so you should be able to connect to the base from everywhere around it.
