The perfect ship for leaving the starter systems in. The RF01 Thunderchild is a small mobile base!
Full production including 9 grow plots an advanced, small constructor and even a deconstructor. Start mining those resources with the Drill turret mounted on the roof of the cockpit section.
The RF01 - Thunderchild is built around a central hangar bay with multiple access points for both SVs and HVs. Land on a resource rich planet and deploy your miner.
Upgradeable, there is space in the rear for more CPU to increase defences or thruster power as you see fit.
With 20k shields and 6 Gat turrets the Thunderchild is no slouch defensively either, capable of weathering and fighting off swarms of drones and even taking on Pirates! However sustained combat in this ship is not recommended, it has no armour to speak of.
