Scarab Shuttle REFORGED

Introducing the latest RE-Creation from Filbert Shipyards!

The Scarab Shuttle REFORGED is a redesign of the Vanilla Scarab Shuttle to be used in the Reforged Galaxy and Reforged EDEN scenarios.

The new flight model and CPU structure has forced the Scarab Shuttle to undergo a bit of a change as it is now unlock level 10 instead of 7 due to its size it needed a bit of a thrust upgrade. The generator setup has also changed, as the scarab now comes with two large generators and one small generator to balance power needs with cpu limits. The pentaxid tank has also been removed due to cpu limits but a ramp has been placed over the pentaxid tank install area so one can be added as the shuttle is upgraded. There are also two access hatches on the engine 'winglets' near the back just like the original, however there is now space to put stuff in them now. The left rear access hatch has room for the new advanced small generator and 1 RCS while the right access has room for just a lone RCS. There is still the same spots allocated in the cabin for 'improved cpu extenders' and an overhead spot for a shield, and there are spots for four total weapon/tools and multiple spaces for turrets so the shuttle can be upgraded to be role-specific.

The playtest of the Scarab Shuttle in Reforged EDEN was about like that of the original, aside from having to forage/hunt a lot more to get the xp needed to get to level 10 so i could unlock it... Unlike the vanilla scarab i found myself upgrading this scarab in-game to be my dedicated sv miner as the hand-held mining tools have been severely nerfed. The Scarab preformed better than expected as an sv miner after i was done with the need for a 'starter sv' just swap the cargo controller for a harvest controller and add a pair of mining lasers to the extra weapon slots.
