Scylla-ST

The Scylla ST is a size class 1 unlock level 12 T3 midgame scout tank with moderate defensive and offensive capabilities. It's got all your basic needs and relatively large cargo compartiments making it very well suited for scouting purposes or as a mobile base of opperations early in the game. It's got about 18.000 SU of cargo capacity with 2 constructors, a medic station & clonechamer, armor locker & O2 station, fridge and detector.

The Scylla ST is based of a build made by Jrandall during Xcaliber's first Anvil games event. During this event several creators had one hour to create a hover vessel within specific parameters. Jrandall created the foundation of what this build is now in just one hour and it had massive potential.

Sadly jrandall didn't continue work on this build so i took it under my arms to breathe new life into it. Oddly enough Xcaliber's latest designer challenge was to rebuild a build made by an author who inspired you! So this seemed like the perfect opporunity to bring this thing to it's full potential, or atleast, try to. I tried my best to replicate jrandall's styling while refining the body lines and function. Changes from the original build include;

- Completly overhauled interior and devices layout This includes spacing out of devices to avoid chain reactions and creating a larger interior - Adding in extra function, like more cargo capacity and more maneauverability - Lowering the cost and footprint, at the cost of firepower and armor (A side effect of this is that the tank is now fully cpu compliant at T3 IN A12 because in a12 HV rcs see a reduction in cpu cost by +-40% putting this build right under T3) - Increased detail and refined body lines Removal of jaged edges and transitions was possible due to the new A10 blocks - Addition of a drone hatch Because what's a jrandall build without a drone hatch? - Possibility to add a pentaxid tank and shield and upgrade to T4 - A new lick of paint ;-)
