Changes made to meet the CPU limit as follows.
Added 1 CPU Extender Basic
Removed the following equipment in order to maintain the level 12 unlock as originally intended by JRandall. The base will need an additional large generator prior to adding back all the removed equipment.

Deconstructing
Small Constructor
Advanced Constructor
2x Cannon Turrets
2x Flak Turrets
All items can be replaced in game with the addition of additional CPU extenders
