Soul Syphon is a battle-hardened, highly agile, and upgradeable combat CV designed for Reforged Eden.
If you're familiar with my Soul Crusher & X-Calibur CV's, then you'll recognize Soul Syphon as it's a blend of the two.
Soul Syphon is built almost purely from Xeno Substrate, giving it an incredible amount of tanking ability. Plus, the entire nose of the ship is nearly solid Xeno, with a total of 9 decoys buried in various spots. Soul Syphon is designed to take a lot of damage & simply laugh it off, as it crushes the enemy with it's turrets. In this regard, it's like X-Calibur.
Soul Sypon also has the incredible thruster drive system of my Soul Crusher CV. This drive thruster layout has proven highly effective, and works extremely well, even with the heavier ship design! There are spots to upgrade or add many Drive Thrusters, and when fully upgraded, Soul Syphon can move faster than many SV's!
Key Features at Spawn: - Drone Defense - 4 Flak, 8 Minigun, & 11 Lasers (Lasers also target CV's for shield & block damage) - 10 Missile & 6 Positron Turrets - 6 Laser & 4 Artillery Cannons - Open Spacing for 45 additional turrets - Full Xeno Exterior - Over 62k xeno substrate required - Advanced Shield & Advanced Warp Drive - Upgrade spacing for 2 Fusion Reactors (remove 2 existing Advanced Generators to install) - Core room with 63 total spots for Auxiliary or Quantum cores - 7 Ammo Controllers with nearly 2.2M ammunition storage - 5 Auxiliary Cores required - INSTALL BEFORE TURNING THE SHIP ON!
