A spaceport base - landing pad - for your CV and your SVs-HVs. You'll need a large flat space to spawn it correctly ... or you'll have to make some adjusts ... using your flattening tool can be a good idea ! The pillars avoid seeing your new base collapse when you spawn it on a not flat ground ;-)
I use it on "Galaxy Reforged", with storage/weight on, that's why I wanted to be able to have huge storage.
Mainly concrete. A lot of room to build and protect your SV/HV under the CV landing pad. BP with only basic equipments and storage, and 8 turrets. It's up to you to further add what you need. Last images give an idea of how you may equip it.
A good way to use all the stone you collect while digging for ores.
