Updated to be CPU compliant. However after testing the vessel I noted that you can't have it fully loaded and make a cargo transport from planet surface to space. So I'm remaking a MkII version for the January Challange that will support both CPU and W&V along with being capable to lift at maximum load. I will Update a link to it later, unless you see it first.

SRH-1 Avius Helios Foundation presents an economy class Short Range Hauler. Intended to be an inexpensive "Surface to Space" cargo transport. Ideally suited for transfers from planetary bases to orbital space stations. The range is thus limited, but for some purposes, the cargo modules could be retrofitted to accommodate a jump drive if the customer so requires. Expect a longer time period at a dry dock for retrofitting in such cases as well as additional labour and material costs. The Avius can also double as a personnel transport for smaller crews. Crew Quarters will have to be hot bunked in such circumstances.
