It's small, fast, cheaper than the most bigger SV's and has all the needed stuff for survival.
Your Tie-fighters need a landing pad at top of the canopy to dock to the cruiser (see screenshots)

Update and rework for Alpha 5.x
* fixed few design flaws * rebalanced the thrusters * Hull is now made mostly of hardened steel * important parts are hidden behind combat steel * moved o2 and fuel tanks to more safe location * replaced fuel tanks with larger version * added constructor * added the possibility to enter the ship from ground level * complete retextured and recolored * fixed light brightness * redesigned interior * added more passenger seats * added more details to outer hull
NOTICE: due to the hardened steel hull, the needed ressources increased a bit !
