This is just a time saving item to cut out the repetition of raising the core block in order to be able to work underneath a Hover Vessel when building on the ground.
If using this simply build out from the raised core block, and you will have plenty of space to walk around and see whats going on underneath your vessel as you go. Just remove the stand blocks once your build is complete.
