The Xcavator is the lightest, least expensive, full featured upgradeable airframe available, featuring full Med bay, Compact Shield generator, A full hangar, Factory production with 5 Constructors ( including Advanced ), 4 Defensive Minigun turrets, , 12 Sentry turrets, Armored cockpit & monohull, with CPU left to spare!
With Mounted drill, the Excavator can collect the materials for a full-bore Core-9 CV in just a couple hours, salvage what you happen upon and mop up the rest of what you need with its onboard drill as you level seamlessly via exploration with the onboard detector.
