Description: [i] The “Sentinel” class Interceptor designed by UEC scientist is a fast, manoeuvrable and versatile craft designed for patrol, escort, planet and Capital Ship defence, both in space, planet and orbital zones. The prime role of this fighter craft is to engage enemy fighter crafts or other similar targets of same classification. Many Sentinels are upgraded with all sorts of different weaponry; this makes the Sentinel a good all-around attack craft.

Sentinel are often seen stationed planet side on UEC base installations, ready to engage incoming enemys form orbit. A squadron of Sentinels consist normally of three to five fighters, and usually in V-fighter pattern, a doctrine favourited by any UEC commanders.

This craft hold some survival equipment if the pilot should be so unfortunate enough to get shot down in enemy territory, and no help receivable within a shorter period of time.

This vessel is armoured primarily by titanium plast-Steel composite material, some vital parts of the craft-frame, such as the cockpit, weapon, and engine parts made by titanium foam nano-armour plating (develop by TITAN-TECH).

Armed by standard with two twin-linked forward-mounted 15mm Gatling guns, and two twin-linked forward-mounted missile launchers (homing). The Sentinel is often upgraded with air to ground missile launchers under the wings to engaged ground based targets. It is also very common that the Gatling guns are replaced with twin-linked pulse lasers when resources are available, or when enemy engagements intensified

The Propulsion force of this vessel is made by four NEXUS ION-6 pulse-powered turbine thrusters. (Develop by NEXSUS POWER GRID).[/i]

Suggestions / Tips:

- this craft holds some survival equipment such as one 02-station and a few 02 tanks, but there is prepared for additional space, you can place a mobile constructer system and some few cargo boxes.
