The UT Freelander is a space version of a modern military hover craft LCAC lander.

I've gotten in the habit of using ammo controllers for storage on SVs for the dual functionality.
For reference, the hover tank (all combat steel) pictured is about 62 tons and the beach landing pictures with 2 tanks and a small scout SV are from the creative 4G moon.
As you can see in the pictures above, the Freelander was designed to fit in the CB Central Hangar of the Battlestar Empyrica, where it serves as a dropship for Space Marine hovertanks as well as asteroid mining support.
