Valley Forge | CV | CL25 | Carrier

CV Valley Forge is a Size Class 11, CL25 CV designed to be a multi-use carrier. The Valley Forge was inspired by The Quasar class ship from Star Wars lore. Primarily designed as a space SV carrier, the Valley Forge has been retrofitted with landing gear and boarding ramps to be able to enter atmosphere and land on a planet, though it should be done on planets with a lower gravity. The Valley Forge can carry 4 large sized SVs or HVs, or a multitude of small to medium sized SVs and HVs.

Valley Forge has a combat steel hull, and is re-inforced in vital areas with an additional layer of armor. The ship contains point defense weaponry for both atmospheric and space combat. While the ship does have a combat steel hull, it was not designed as a front line combat ship, and is not intended for PVP combat.

Fuel longevity on station is approximately 70 hours with thrusters disabled and defensive turrets online.

There is an airlock located on the port side of the hull near the front of the ship. It should work well with any starbase that has an airlock or docking tunnel SV.
