New version of the water base, made just to be able to spawn it already at level 3.
Made out of armored concrete /and airtight It is equiped with basic equipment: Large constructor, clone chamber, cure stations as well as 54 growing plots. 6 Cannon turrets mounted and ready to fire.
There are plenty of space inside to add more equipment.
It is not intended to be a PVP base as all :-)
