Cool base that can be easily placed over water surface. There is a lift to go underrwater for generators. 2 landing pads for SV or HV 6 Cannon turrets on top
Complete equipment for a good beginning base. Made out of armored concrete only so it is really strong.
Airtight, can be used on non breathable planets.
