Xen'uan Carrier

Believed to be named after one of the historic founders of the original Xenu House Xen’uan, the Xen’uan Carrier is still one of the most feared capital ships of the Xenu fleets

Capable of carrying several hundred men and four full squadrons of medium fighters into the theater of operations this ship poses by itself a deadly threat to any system it warps to

This particular vessel, captured in an Abyssal shipyard in one of the fringe planets of the Taolan System where it was supposedly down for routine maintenance, after a surprise attack by the UCH fleet special forces, was the subject of several rigorous research projects by teams of the UCH military engineering corps

What the researchers uncovered pointed out that the Abyssal, the House of the Zirax empire responsible for much of the engineering of the empire, may be using some of the knowledge left by the Talon Elders to build these ships

The ship was later partially adapted for human use but never deployed to a battle scenario because many of the ship systems still baffle human scientist and defy any attempts of a logical explanation by human researchers and the fear of the ship turning against its human crew is very real

Some of the ship systems include a deflective armor plating a sort of auto guidance apparatus, several yet not functional cryo chambers and a research facility The ship includes also several redundancy systems including a main bridge and a secondary lower bridge and two emergency bridges in the back upper deck, three independent generator rooms each of which capable of maintaining the full ship, two hangars, five distinct engineering bays a green house several crew quarters, sick bays and mess halls.

Note: Some of the rooms are still empty so you can adapt at will, and will be subject to updates depending on patch releases...

I finally summon up some strength and time to bring this vessels up to date for Alpha 12

It is now CPU compliant, almost anyway, slightly over T4 but efficiency is still 88%, there are talks of a class T5 that will make it into game, we still not sure what that will imply for gameplay and how we’ll get it so we’ll see if we can use it for this bird later on.

Thus the ship now has a CPU Room, and as mass was a problem both for CPU and Thruster updates, it is no longer integrally Combat Steel but on the up side it also has a Shield now, added a Teleporter Room as well and updated most of the old Container Boxes to the new Container Controller system, updated also most of the common areas like the Farm and Workshop, as well the Hangars as it was still missing the Repair Console, damn old this bird was…..

On the other hand, due to CPU compliance, this no longer is a fast and agile bird as it was but she’s big so it should never have been that anyway, regarding the ship size, there are talks of allowing the use of teleporters to travel within the same structure, if and when that makes it into game we will then be able to use them to fast travel between the Hangars and Deck for example….
