By the day more an more people are taking up residence at Theta City! With more people the demand for jobs is at an all time high! So ZeroG has a proposition for you. We have special leasing rates for our new ZeroG Theta Storefronts!
A all in one - can do all type of store has a few options for you. We have included all the more use items citizens needs for there daily needs! From the vending machines on the sidewalk, you could operate a coin only operation. But why stop there?
On the ground floor we have included one office space for use however you like. Want to peddle your wares? Maybe you rather be a safety storage facility for your more "shifty" of citizens? Or quite possible operate your own gambling hub for ARL races! So many possiblities!
Also we have a storage room that includes the generator and fuel storage. Take the elevator up top to the loft style flat and proceed to refitt how you want it.
Speaking of the roof area, we have also included a private landing pad with rearward access. Its a SV parking for some of the smaller ZeroG Snake style ships! We cannot garrantee all will fit in this included space, but both the Asp-2 and Mamba are perfect for this area!
