Make Factorio 3D. Adds special belts and power poles that allow sending items and power "up" and "down" freeing you from the limits of a 2D world.

Makes Factorio 3D by adding entities to send items and power up and down to other z-levels.

Once placing a up/down belt, you can move to that z-level using the "Z Down" and "Z Up" controls (defaults to Control+Shift+Mousewheel)
