Adds the PBY5 Catalina, a very famous aircraft to Factorio. This particular version has been made to more closely match the style of the game.

Q: Takeoff speed? A: 130 km/h, which is configurable in the settings
Q: Ive landed on land and I cant get out! A: This is a bug and is the priority for next release, in the meantime keep some waterfill on you!
