Basic fork of Nuclear Science for 2.1 Compatibility tested with Plutonium energy and Any planet Start.

No edits made other than bug fixes to get it running again in 2.1

I have very little experience with lua so forgive any delays No AI was used in the editing process.

When the original mod is updated, this mod will be deprecated.
