About Auto Upgrader

From Factorio Mod Portal

Roboports automatically upgrade belts, splitters, underground belts, normal inserters, and assemblers within their reach.

New Version 1.1!

This new version has some new features.

Modules are now included in what the mod looks to upgrade!

It will handle quality as well now!

It will also skip to the best one available if it can.

So a red belt might be upgraded to a green belt. A production 1 module to a production 3 module. A normal item to an epic one etc.

You can also blacklist items as well, or even whole planets! I've had some issues with stack inserters getting stuck, particularly on Gleba. So I have it defaulted to OFF on Gleba now.

This is an updated version of Mylon's "Belt Upgrader" mod. It has simply been updated to work on Factorio 2.1

Full credit goes to Mylon. Their mod is here: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/BeltUpgrader

Belt Upgrader simplifies modernizing the base. Simply make higher tier items available to your logistic network and robots will upgrade your base automatically! For people too lazy to even use an upgrade planner! Belt Upgrader only uses items in excess of one stack so it keeps a few items on hand for use.

Support anything that can be upgraded! If the entity has a higher tier replacement that is hot swappable, this mod will order upgrades!

Upgrade belts! Upgrade splitters! Upgrade undergrounds! Upgrade inserters! Upgrade assemblers! Upgrade quality for select entities!

Works with mods!
