About Deep Mine Oil
From Factorio Mod PortalAdds an Oil recipe to Deep Mines from the Deep Mine mod.
This is a very basic extension for Deep Mine. It adds a single new recipe locked behind its own research. This recipe can be crafted in either of the Deep Mine buildings with the following stats:
Cost per cycle:
- 8 seconds
- 2 water
Return per cycle:
- 80% chance for 4 oil
- 10% chance for iron ore
- 10% chance for copper ore
- 10% chance for coal
- 10% chance for stone
All of these values can be changed. Craft duration and oil produced can be changed in the mod's settings. Warter cost is always half of the oil produced. Amount of other material produced (iron/copper/coal/stone) is taken from Deep Mine. Percentage chance breakdowns are taken from Deep Mine. Tweaking Deep Mine settings will also affect Deep Oil.
Obviously, Deep Mine is a mandatory prerequisite for using this mod. I have neither the patience nor the skill to make my own Deep Mine.
