With the engineer going so far as traveling to other planets these days, how have they not come up with better walls? Adds some new walls with better stats and reasonable recipes, for defending against the most dangerous of deathworlds. Minimal Factorio 2.1 continuation preserving original prototype identities and balance. See PROVENANCE.md for component licensing.

Original 2.0 version Currently adds two new walls, the tough wall and plated wall, both locked behind technologies. Tough Wall: Double the cost, double the health. Some extra toughness for your perimeter without the extra bulk. Plated Wall: Requires concrete and steel, but has slightly less than twice the health and higher resistances. For the last line of defense that must not be breached.

Most values are configurable.
