About Colored Concrete (Gavin)
From Factorio Mod PortalAdds 13 refined concrete variants for map painting: all 11 vanilla hidden colors (now visible and craftable) plus pure white and pure black, made for map pixel art and area marking. Crafted from 10 refined concrete + 50 water; tiles keep the vanilla texture in game. Toggle "show tile colors on the map" in the startup settings — off = all tiles look like plain refined concrete on the map.

Adds 13 refined concrete variants for map painting — all 11 vanilla hidden colors made visible and craftable, plus pure white and pure black.
Features
- 11 colors of colored refined concrete: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, purple, pink, brown, black and acid — tint values identical to vanilla
- Pure white and pure black made for map pixel art and area marking
- Keeps the vanilla refined concrete texture in game, including borders and water edges
- Crafted from 10 refined concrete + 50 water → 10, unlocked with the Concrete technology
Map Colors
- Default ON: every tile is shown in its own color on the map and minimap — perfect for painting
- OFF: all tiles look like plain refined concrete on the map
- It is a startup setting: restart the game after changing it
- Toggle it in Mods → Settings → Startup ("show tile colors on the map")
Notes
- In game the tiles keep the full refined concrete texture (light gray-white and near-black looks); the pure white / pure black applies to the map view only.
- Designed to make full use of the vanilla hidden colored concrete tiles.
