Happy's Omnicar features tank-like steering and generally improved stats. Also has a large equipment grid! (Visually the same as the regular car)
Research unlocks after the tank.
Not to be confused with another old mod under the name omnicar, this is unrelated, and I was unaware of it when developing this.
