About Industrial Revolution 3: Mirrored Recipes

NOTE: I am deprecating because Fluid Permutations and GDIW both work great for the same purpose, and I prefer their implementation over creating separate recipes to select. Feel free to still use it! But I won't be updating this anymore...
Fan mod for the wonderful Industrial Revolution 3! Adds mirrored versions for recipes with 2+ fluid inputs/outputs.
All recipes for the Oil Refinery and Chemistry Lab have mirrors now! Advanced forestry, molten alloys, and geothermal exchange recipes need some custom logic to support them, and I may look into making Shift+E flip between mirrored recipes, similar to the electric boiler.
Shoutout to the mod Inserter Configuration for making exceedingly compact chemistry blocks possible. Excuse me what do you mean no space for beacons, I don't understand.
