NOTE: This disables existing rocket silo rocket part production so rocket-silos will not produce rockets until assembling machines are instead created to make rocket parts and feed them into the rocket silo.

Makes rocket parts an independent recipe that can be used in an assembler. This allows processing units, low density structure and rocket fuel to be direct inserted into the rocket silo. Productivity modules and research apply to the new recipe and not the rocket silo, so instead you can use speed modules on the rocket silo and productivity modules on the assembling machine.

Balanced so that an Assembling Machine 3 with no productivity research or modules or beacons will produce rockets at the same speed as the rocket silo originally did, offsetting the inherent crafting speed increase in Assembling Machine 3.

NOTE: (In case you missed it) the rocket silo will no longer be able to make rocket parts, so with this mod, you MUST use an assembling machine to produce rocket parts, so once added, existing belted PU, LDS and RF will instead be loaded into a rocket-silo's transport inventory.
