Lignumis Tweaks: Delaying Inevitable

Set of tweaks that intend to keep wood as important resource but at the same time make it easier to setup basic infrastructure.

Issues I had and how these tweaks solve them

After-landing paralysis

By default progressive recipes are added to first tier of machines. Which means that you can't do anything without wood. Which is fun until you land on vulcanus... Because you need wood to build infrastructure, you endup needing wood to produce wood which result in just waiting for wood transport instead of setting up basic infrastructure. I moved wood equvalents as ingredient to 2nd tier of machines instead of first. Because of that you should be able to setup basic infrastructure for producing wood without having wood. Also except for circuits progressive recipes are disabled by default.

Wood is not impactful enough.

You usually need wooden machines only in early game and players often tend to just disable wooden machines. Belt is as fast as yellow one, and you have to setup wood anyway for wooden circuits. Because green circuit is present in some of recipes for first tier of machines, and we need to have ability to use them without wood, it is replaced with equal amount of copper wire and iron sheet.
