• Enhanced entity build: improve placement of an entity over another marked for deconstruction

• Trains auto manual mode: set manual mode to a train as you start driving it
• Similar to Auto Manual Mode

• Trains manual mode at temporary stop: set manual mode to a train when it arrives at a temporary stop
• Similar to Trains Switch to Manual at Temporary Stops

• Vehicle auto fueling: automatically add (slower) fuel to a vehicle as you start driving it
• Similar to Fill4Me/Fill4Me fixed

• Game speed manager: control game speed using ALT + NUMBER (set speed to number) or ALT + PLUS/MINUS (increase/decrease speed)
