About No Instant Build
From Factorio Mod PortalPrevents instant build of entities. Instead, they will be built over time.
Now finally compatible with 2.0!
Most entities now have a build time.
The build time is simply the amount of HP they have. They start at 1 HP and gain another one every 5 Ticks. Entities that are currently being built, are not being repaired by construction robots. Also, biters should mostly ignore those entities.
The entities are also deactivated, for example, Inserters won't do anything until their build process is completed.
