Omni Sea makes it possible to add Omnimatter (and most other OmniMods) to your Seablock Pack !
The water around you is poisoned, it´s not useable! Your only option is to condense Omnic Water out of the air or drill it deep out of the ground. Omnic Water is your only source of resource, you can turn it into Omnite and extract all kind of resources out of that with omnimatter!
