About Periodic Producer (by RedR3X)
From Factorio Mod PortalAdds a building that infinitely and periodically generates a specific resource.
Simple proof of concept for a new building that periodically creates the same item over time. EN and FR texts.
Possible next steps:
- Prevent adding player's items in it.
- Add a way to select what item the player wants to be produced. Maybe only allow raw/basic items such as stone, iron plates, etc. so that players don't make 1 satellite per second.
- Work/iterate on the production rate/speed. Maybe adding a fuel such as coal could boost the speed. Or with heat/temperature?
- Make visual for recipe/item and in-world picture.
- Put it in a correct recipe category.
- Set ingredients to the recipe.
