About Power Cells

Allows you to store power into accumulator cells that can be transported and distributed. Also allows you to unlock an upgrade to store more energy and produce single use powergrid charged power cells.
The basic usage is to build a single cell charger to store the excess power production into capacitive power cells. You can then carry around those cells and use it inside of power stations to distribute power. Best to use with outpost. After the advanced research for power cells, you can then produce advanced power cells and personal power cells for your power armors (Single use only).
