About Start With Spidertron
From Factorio Mod PortalYou've crashlanded on an alien planet, left with nothing but a smoldering wreck of your ship and Carl, your trusty prototype Spidertron companion. Use your ingenuity and researching prowess to improve him and your factory!
You've crash landed on this strange alien planet, with nothing but a ruined ship and Carl, your trusty spider robot friend. Use Carl to traverse the planet and help get your factory up and running; along the way as you research new technologies you'll unlock new recipes to upgrade Carl into (optionally) bigger and (required) better versions!
This mod was heavily inspired by Xorimuth's Spidertron Engineer mod, using their code as a base and inspiration.
There are settings to control spawning with a remote, and you can also choose to let Carl change in size as you upgrade him or stay a constant size.
