From Factorio Mod PortalBumped stack size of stacks of rocket fuel to 5, because SE is stupid and throws a toddler tantrum if we try just adjusting rocket fuel itself.
Minor tweak to Deadlock stacking to adjust stack size of stacked rocket fuel. Don't expect this to be useful for anyone else, all it does is override stack size to 5
