Rubber and Resin

Adds Rubber and Resin to the game! Use seeds found in forests to breed resin in a Greenhouse. Then extract that resin and smelt it to form Rubber! Rubber is required to make vehicles, fast and express belts, low density structures and higher tier armors, so you don't need that much but still need to cultivate a modest supply! Later in the game, you will unlock a way to turn natural rubber into an excess of synthetic rubber.

This mod adds a little complexity to the game for a well-balanced Vanilla+ like experience. Generally, you want to spend the early game breeding as many seeds as possible to set up for attempting to breed resin. Once you hit the midgame and demand for red belts skyrocket, you're going to want to have setup a nice rubber plantation and once in the late game, will heavily supplement your resource cheap but slow to scale natural rubber supply with expensive but fast to scale synthetic rubber. I also added a research and method to turn extra seeds into solid fuel so there is a benefit to stockpiling seeds. Generally, this adds a nice rubber minigame as part of the early game and adds a slight level of complexity in the midgame, so it is a light but not insignificant part of building a vanilla+ base!

Requires Jackzie's Just Another Greenhouse which is a dependency and is used to grow the resin.
