About Schall Tank Woodcutting (Autodrive fix)

This is a fork of Schall Tank Woodcutting that I made because the original caused problems with my mod Autodrive when it was loaded before Autodrive. While I was at it, I've fixed a bug or two, made the mod desync-safe, and added some customization for Autodrive.
The update for Factorio 2.0 entailed a complete rewrite of the main function. I've removed the remote interface (which was tailored to Autodrive's needs). Instead, a custom event will now be raised whenever this mod mines a rock or tree, so that other mods get a chance to modify the mined items before we try to give them to vehicle driver or passenger (in this order), or spill them on the ground.
I will deprecate this mod if Schallfalke updates the original mod to include these changes.
