Reduces or removes RNG from Seablock recipes to get more comparable experiences
##Mineralized Water Crystallization
Adjust the Mineralized Crystallization recipe to reduce randomness, while keeping the ratio. The recipe was:
200 Mineralized Water -> 0.7 Stiratite, 1.1 Sapharite Mulitplied with factor 2.86 you get: 572 Mineralized Water -> 2.002 Stiratite, 3.146 Sapharite
The random part is quite low, so you have less RNG dependency
##Seed extraction recipes for gardens
First tier recipe gets real changes to ratio. The tier 4 and 5 seeds got removed, but lower tiers scaled a bit higher without probabilities Second tier advanced recipe ratio is unchanged, but it gets scaled to yield full seed amounts without probabilities.
Note: you need at least 5 seeds before you can do farming with them.
