About Speed Control
From Factorio Mod PortalEditor-style tick pause, single-tick stepping and game speed control, without entering the map editor.
Pause the game the way the map editor does, step forward one tick at a time, and change game speed, all without entering the editor and with a small GUI.

- Editor-style tick pause: the simulation stops but rendering keeps going, so you can pan around in remote view
- Step 1 or 60 ticks while paused, handy for debugging circuits
- Game speed from 1/16x to 64x
- Compact panel in the top bar, shown/hidden from the shortcut bar

Known limitation Inventory and machine GUIs can't be opened while paused outside the editor. The engine doesn't allow it and mods can't override it.
In multiplayer, only admins can use the controls.
