hiii im back with an actual addon meant for hl2 but its still gonna be here for gmod
This does what the title says! Reskins the combine soldiers and modifys the VMT to have this sort of pulse with their eyes and headgear glow (you'll notice it more ingame)
I took Cobalts edited IVC textures from their "Enhanced NPC materials" addon and added this vmt proxy
and since this also uses Improved Vanilla Combine as a base it has more misc improvements for the soldier textures in general!

USE THIS CONSOLE COMMAND IF YOU WANT THE GLOW TO BE VISIBLE ON PLAYERMODELS (Third person view only. The pm menu does not show the glow for some reason

I also slightly modified the Regular soldiers right side headgear to be blue to match its eye and radio color instead of orange but not like any of you would notice that detail... but if you did kudos to you!
