Various weapons and attachments on BOCW sometimes use the same material(textures) for means of optimization. The best examples for this case are the bullets inside the guns and handle attachments. Therefore, you have to install this addon alongside whatever ARC9 BOCW weapons you want to use, in order to not have missing textures, materials and sounds.
