I can't fix EVERY case because it should've been a worry of the swep makers in the first place. Not some random dude.
Clamps bullet force so your ragdolls stop flying across the map. If you still have such issues please check if you can disable bullet penetration or if you can change impact bullet force in the weapon pack itself (TFA: Admin/Server->Impact force multiplier). sv_bulletforce_max (def. 1000) - change the maximum amount of force a bullet can deal sv_bulletforce_specific (def. 0) - 1 to forcefully change a bullets force using the max value, 0 to just clamp it using the max value sv_bulletforce_explosion_multiplier (def. 0.3) - multiplier of the force caused by explosions sv_bulletforce_prevent_force_in_one_tick (def 0)- Will prevent the game from applying bullet force to the entity in the same tick
