A tool that applies the Spy cloak effect to TF2 characters and items.
Features:
- Can set any level of cloak effect, from just beginning to disappear like in the icon to a barely visible outline. You can also set the color of the cloak effect - the tool comes with presets for the RED, BLU, and transparent colors from in-game.
- Also includes an "animated" cloak mode, where instead of setting it to just one cloak level, you can fade the cloak in and out by pressing a key.
