DOCTOR OCTOPUS - Four arms, one genius

Become Doctor Octopus in Garry's Mod. Four mechanical tentacles that really move: they walk on the ground with you, stand you up high like a spider, climb walls, strike in a fast combo, grab NPCs, players, props and cars, smash them on the ground or throw them across the map. Includes the Doctor Octopus (No Way Home) playermodel by default and a classic comic Doc Ock as an option. Works in Sandbox and on RP servers.

How to become Doctor Octopus

Powers

• Tentacle Slam: all four tentacles rise and hammer the ground, the shockwave throws everything around.
• Whirlwind: the tentacles spin around Doc Ock and sweep everyone close.
• Tentacle Barrage: a storm of fast strikes on the target under the crosshair.
• Rip and Throw: tears off the closest car, prop or door (or a block of the ground if there is nothing around), R again throws it and grabs the next one: throw cars in a row like on the bridge in No Way Home.
• Four-Way Strike: each of the four tentacles hits a different enemy at the same time.
• Impale: both upper claws pierce in a straight line, through several enemies, props and thin walls.
• Crushing Grip: a tentacle seizes the target, lifts it high in the air and squeezes until it breaks.
• Disarm: the tentacles snatch the weapons out of the hands of up to four enemies (NPCs and players).
• Tentacle Leap: the tentacles launch you far ahead; aim at an enemy to pounce on it and smash the ground on landing.
• Electric Claws: the claws discharge lightning arcs into nearby enemies, then stay electrified for 8 seconds (every hit shocks).
• Inhibitor Chip: a claw plants a chip on an NPC, who fights for Doc Ock for 20 seconds.
• Tritium Overload: the fusion reactor is held by the four claws, grows like a small sun and explodes.

Features

• Living claws: two-joint fingers that curl to grip and splay to open, snappy closing with a metal clack, wrist twist on every strike, nervous snaps at rest, claw-feet that splay on the ground
• Procedural tentacles: no canned animation, every segment is placed in real time. Claws plant on the ground and step as you walk, run or strafe, plant on the wall while you climb, open and close to grab, and telescope to reach far targets
• Two playermodels, picked in the Settings tab: Doctor Octopus (No Way Home, coat and glasses, default) and Doctor Octopus (classic comic suit)
• Grab system for NPCs, Combine, NextBots, players, props and vehicles: smash or throw
• Fast wall climbing (Shift), wall-to-wall jumps, gallop on the tentacles, tentacles that spread in the air and plant on landing
• The red eyes of the claws light up in combat, the tentacles stay on the body when Doc Ock dies
• New HUD: octopus emblem, segmented health, reactor gauge, state of each tentacle, grab target frame, key hints that follow what you do
• First-person arms of both skins
• Doctor Octopus AI: ally and enemy in Spawn menu > NPCs > Doctor Octopus, they use the same tentacles and powers
• HUD with health, power cooldown and state, key hints that follow your own keys, menu in English, French and Spanish
• No fall damage, health regeneration, reduced bullet and explosion damage
