Dynamic Surrendering System v2 (New surrendering animations!)

ORIGINAL CODES AND ASSERTS BY: Z-City Surrendering and DSS

THIS ADDON REPLACES "models/humans/male_postures.mdl", "models/humans/female_postures.mdl", "combine_solider_anims.mdl" AND "police_anims.mdl" SO ANY ADDON THAT REPLACES THEM WILL CONFLICT WITH THIS ONE!

This is a updated version of DSS with new animations which looks more like RON or Metro Exodus. And also rewrited and fixed some bugs of original addon.

For someone never used DSS before, I copy the description from original DSS:

Surrendering system Forcing rebels to run to specific position(works only if surrendered rebel isn't laying on ground, press "use" key("E" by default) and "reload" key ("R" by default) while looking at a position you want NPC to go to(But this position should be close and visible to NPC)) Combines and metrocops can make rebels surrender by melee attacking All NPCs will stop attacking surrendered NPCs Rebel's can't pick up weapons while surrendering Original animations Bad Cop's voice lines Ready Or Not voice lines(should be enabled in settings) EZ2 Metrocop's voice lines(should be enabled in settings) Disarming sound Rebel can leave surrendering state if enemy isn't visible Tying(press "use" key("E" by default) on surrendered NPC(look at NPC's hitbox while doing it!!) after they lay on ground) Tying disallows rebels to get up and leave surrendering state Untying(press "use" key("E" by default) on tied NPC (look at NPC's hitbox while doing it!!))
