Far Cry Weapons Pack

[h1]Finally, after so many years, those legendary guns make their debut in GMod![/h1] This was a long time coming project of mine which i've dreamed about for around 7 years now. This addon features ALL of the main handheld weapons from first Far Cry, from simple machetes and M4's to more tactical and all-around versatile G36 with grenade launcher and OICW to deadly & heavy rocket launchers and MGs- and that's not all!

But what if you don't like something about them, i.e. their damage, spread or that constant auto-reloading? Or maybe you wanna change key binds for holding breath in scope or changing fire mode? These guns are fairly customizable, and you can make your own choices onto how they would play and feel in their Options menu! You can find it in Utilities tab under my nickname.

Oh and yes, you've read that right, these guns come fully ported with their unique features from FC - some of them have multiple firemodes, like semi-auto, full-auto or even underbarrel grenade launchers! And even that's not all, you can adjust scopes zoom step by using your mouse wheel, just like in the original! And even this is not everything these guns have to offer!

But you didn't think that you would be fighting with those toys alone now, did you? These guns are also (almost) fully NPC supported, so much so that even combine Elites might be a little bit more dangerous with some of those weapons in their hands. Just be mindful of some explosive munitions sometimes coming your way. And of course, there are many settings made specifically for fine-tuning those guns in NPCs hands. [spoiler]It should be noted, however, that currently only Metropolice uses CQC weapons properly.[/spoiler]

And if all of the above was not enough, then this addon also brings some other cool stuff from FC, like it's dynamic crosshair, custom viewmodel bob, different ammo pickups, armor, healthkits, basically everything to play Far Cry without leaving gm_construct. Scope overlays were upscaled, so they now look especially crisp on 16:9 ratio!

As i've said, this was a long-term project of mine which i was trying to do since 2019, these weapons were the whole reason why i started porting guns from other games in the first place.
