A tool that adds paint to TF2 cosmetics, and another that adds critglow or jarate effects to TF2 items and characters. Includes Halloween spell paints, too!
Requires Team Fortress 2 for crit spark and jarate drip effects.
Features:
- The paint tool works on any model with materials set up for paint (every paintable TF2 item, and even a couple extras), and the critglow/jarate tool works on any model with materials set up for either critglows or jarate (just about every weapon, character, and cosmetic in the game). All "hexed" models that used to be TF2 mods should work as well, as long as their original creator set them up properly.
