Outfits 0 — Original The classic mask, light shirt, blue tie and long yellow apron stained with blood.
1 — Bloody Killer A bloodier version of the classic outfit, with additional blood on the mask, shirt and apron.
2 — Pretty Woman A heavily made-up mask, voluminous hairstyle and dark suit.
3 — Old Lady Grey hair, an alternate mask and a domestic outfit with a patterned apron.
4 — Nicotero The Nicotero design, featuring prominent mask stitching, long hair and worn work clothes.
5 — 2003 The 2003 remake look, with a roughly stitched mask, striped shirt and a dark, ragged apron.
