Has infantry's reload refunding Comes with morphine injector for heals, but after 3 times of usage, there is a chance of overdose. 45% more damage across the board. Turrets are replaced with Simon's nightmares, careful, they might attack you, but are always hostile to other NPCS. (to explain plainly, if they are around a VJ npc spawning, they might turn on you)
